Conventional Knife Pro Division
1: The Pro division is open to anyone who would like to compete in it. If you have thrown a score of 200 or more in a competition, you must compete in the Pro division.
2: The Pro division is a 3 knife, 4 lane, 5 distance throw.
3: Pros throw from behind 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 meter lines.
4: There are 4 ways a knife competition may be run. The organizer must announce which they are using at least 2 months in advance. The options are:
Knife – amount of spin does not matter. Distance only.
Rotational Knife – the knife must spin at least a half rotation or more from any distance.
Full Rotational – throwers must be behind the foul line and throw 1, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2 and 3 spin respectively.
No-Spin – the knife must be held by the handle and must spin less than a half rotation.
5: 1 knife is thrown at each of the 3 targets at each distance, moving left to right.
6: Throwers will start in a practice lane and get one round worth of practice, throwing along with the rest of the competition.
7: The throwers will start their competition in a lane, at the 3m line, throwing sets of three at each line all the way back to the 7m line. The thrower will shift over to the next lane and start again at the 3m line through 7m. Then shift to the 3rd lane and repeat, then the 4th lane and repeat.
8: Awards are given to the three highest scoring throwers.
Conventional Knife Amateur Division
1: The Amateur division is open to anyone who would like to compete in it as long as they have never thrown a score of 200 or more in a competition.
2: The Amateur division is a 3 knife, 4 lane, 4 distance throw.
3: Amateurs throw from behind the 2, 3, 4 and 5 meter lines.
4: There are 4 ways a knife competition may be run. The organizer must announce which they are using at least 2 months in advance. The options are:

1: The Pro division is open to anyone who would like to compete in it. If you have thrown a score of 140 or more in a competition, you must compete in the Pro division.
2: The Pro division is a 3 Axe/Tomahawk, 4 lane, 5 distance throw.
3: Pros throw from behind 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 meter lines.
4: You may throw any amount of spins you choose, as long as you are behind the foul line.
5: 1 Axe/Tomahawk is thrown at each of the 3 targets at each distance, moving left to right.
6: Throwers will start in a practice lane and get one round worth of practice, throwing along with the rest of the competitors.
7: The throwers will start their competition in a lane, at the 3m line, throwing sets of three at each line all the way back to the 9m line. The thrower will shift over to the 2nd lane and start again at the 3m line through 9m. Then shift to the 3rd lane and repeat, then the 4th lane and repeat.
8: Awards are given to the three highest scoring throwers.
Conventional Axe/Tomahawk Amateur Division
1: The Amateur division is open to anyone who would like to compete in it. If you have thrown a score of 140 or more in a competition, you must compete in the Pro division.
2: The Amateur division is a 3 Axe/Tomahawk, 4 lane, 3 distance throw.
3: Amateurs throw from behind the 3, 4 and 5 meter lines.
4: You may throw any amount of spins you choose, as long as you are behind the foul line.
5: 1 Axe/Tomahawk is thrown at each of the 3 targets at each distance, moving left to right.
6: Throwers will start in a practice lane and get one round worth of practice, throwing along with the rest of the competitors.

Conventional Axe/Tomahawk Senior Division
1: Whether or not there is a senior division will be up to the Blade Aces Board and will be heavily based on how many pre-registered seniors are expected to show up.
2: If there is a Senior division, the rules are exactly the same as for Amateur.
Conventional Axe/Tomahawk Youth Division
1: Whether or not there is a youth division will be up to the Blade Aces Board and will be heavily based on how many pre-registered youths are expected to show up.
2: If there is a Youth division, the rules are exactly the same as for Amateur. With the exception that the youth can stand in front of the foul lines if they chose to throw 1/2, 1, 1 1/2 and 2 spin for knife or 1, 1 1/2 and 2 spin for axe. 3: Youth is open to anyone 16 years old and younger. 17 and older must compete in the Amateur or Pro Divisions.
